The SJ-MMA MMA Fitness sessions combine MMA techniques with high intensity cardio and specific muscle workouts to ensure you reach your fitness goals, whilst also building technique and confidence. All ages, fitness levels and previous martial arts experience are welcome, so if you are looking for a great workout, which is also fun, fulfilling and with a friendly group, SJ-MMA MMA Fitness is the session for you! Sessions run every Monday 8:30-9:30pm.  £8 per session or £25 for the month. For more information please contact Ashley.
