FEMALE FITNESS IS BACK!

EVERY MONDAY 8:30-9:30pm! 

Making sure the boys don't have all the fun!

Although males and females of all ages and experience are welcome at the normal SJ-MMA sessions, we also understand some females may prefer an all girl environment to exercise in. The SJ-MMA Female Fitness sessions combine MMA techniques with high intensity cardio and specific muscle workouts to ensure you reach your fitness goals, whilst also building technique and confidence. All ages, fitness levels and previous martial arts experience are welcome, so if you are looking for a great workout, which is also fun, fulfilling and with a friendly group of girls, SJ-MMA Female Fitness is the session for you! Sessions run every Monday 8:30-9:30pm.  £8 per session or £25 for the month. For more information please contact Ashley.
